Hand/Arm Vibration Testing

In conjunction with the specification and supply of pneumatic or electric assembly equipment we are able to offer a full Hand Arm Vibration (HAV) test and assessment service.

When specifying new tooling we often offer a trial of the proposed tooling as well as an HAV analysis to ensure the tool's suitability for the intended purpose. It also serves to provide a Finger on Trigger time which can assist with the customer's HAV risk assessment.

We HAV test all Pneumatic tooling, whether supplied by us or not

We use the approved Larson Davis HVM100 meter which is calibrated annually and all personnel conducting HAV Testing are IOSH certified. Copies of our calibration certificates and IOSH certificates are available on request.
