Position Vacant: Internal Sales Coordinator 

Are you looking for a steady job with a good crowd? We currently have a vacancy for an Internal Sales Coordinator.  Reporting directly to the Service Manager you will have a varied role, working with both Sales and Service.

Based in Honiton, Devon, this is a full time office role supporting all company depots and includes administration tasks such as:

  • Remedial Quotes

  • Service Quotes Ad-Hoc (New Customers)

  • Service Contracts to new and existing customers

  • Process Orders as required

  • Small Plant Quotes

  • Small Installation Quotations

  • Support Key Accounts/Key Account Managers

  • Pneumatic Sales

  • Infinity Pipework Sales

  • Tool Sales 

  • Actively promote the company’s portfolio to existing customers

Position Vacant: Sales Manager 

Do you have a proven track record of managing a sales team , preferably in direct field sales for a manufacturer or distributor? Are you looking for an exciting challenge where you can help shape the next growth phase of our business?

Key skills we are looking for to fulfil this role include:

  • Proven management experience in a professional sales environment

  • Minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in direct field sales, ideally manufacturer or distributor 

  • Solid business acumen and commercial knowledge

  • Knowledge of customer risk and how to record/mitigate

  • Analytical approach to customer and team management

  • Exceptional communicator with the ability to communicate at all levels across various disciplines

  • Positive attitude towards change and improvements

  • Work closely with Technical Services Department for specification

  • Ideally an extensive knowledge of the compressed air industry with particular emphasis on Industrial Air Compressors and Pipework installations. Experience of similar engineering disciplines will be considered

Position Vacant: External Sales Engineer – Southwest  

We currently have an opportunity for an External Sales Engineer covering a territory within the South West of England. We are looking for someone who enjoys being out on the road meeting customers, and has a proven track record of delivering against sales targets, along with an interest in the compressed air industry.

The job role includes: 

  • Meet agreed sales and profit targets as set by the Sales Director 

  • Manage your patch with effective call planning, achieving a minimum of 40 calls per month 

  • Visit new or existing customers to follow listed points below:
    - Design and engineer compressed air solutions
    - Prospect new and drifted accounts to generate revenue
    - Actively promote the company’s portfolio to existing customers
    - Develop relationships with key accounts in assigned territory
    - Track customer calls and provide reports accordingly using CRM tool as directed
    - Effectively manage quote log and follow up as needed
